Musicians are the heart & soul of Austin, so when Giulia Millanta reached out about her Dinner with Giulia experience, I was so excited to partake. Giulia’s first love is for music, but after cooking her delicious, homemade Italian food for her producer, he encouraged her to share her love for cooking with others.

Giulia now hosts intimate five course Italian dinners, followed by a concert all in the comfort of your home. Her cooking is influenced by her Italian roots & many recipes are her grandmother’s from her childhood in Florence, Italy. Meals are customizable and the offerings can be found here on her website. Everything is made from scratch, and to save time she prepares the pastas and bread in advance. We sampled the bruschetta al pomodoro, lasagna and mascarpone with raspberries for dessert!

This experience is ideal for groups of around 10-12, but she can also accommodate larger groups with notice.

You can also see Giulia play live shows around Austin. She regularly plays at the Saxon Pub, The Butterfly Bar & Geraldine’s!
