AJAX Tavern: Casual dining located at the base of AJAX mountain at The Little Nell. AJAX Tavern is the perfect comfort food after a day of adventure. They are perhaps best known for their truffle fries, although the specialty items and wine selection by Little Nell sommelier are quite impressive. The restaurant regularly hosts dinners with off-menu dishes for guests to indulge in.
Clark’s Aspen: Discover one of Austin’s beloved restaurants right in the heart of Aspen. Clark’s Aspen opened in June of 2018, and serves a similar menu to their Austin establishment with oysters, champagne and one of the best burgers.
Element 47: For an elevated dining experience, visit the Little Nell’s Element 47 restaurant. Menus change regularly to include seasonal, Colorado contemporary cuisine, and the property also has a Guest Chef series that has attracted culinary talent from around the world including, Chef Thomas Troisgros of Brazil, Chefs Jean-Georges + Cedric Vongerichten from New York City, and Chef Håkan Thörnström from Sweden.
Toro: Visit Toro for upscale-rustic vibes and contemporary Latin American cuisine + cocktails. The restaurant features stunning mountain views, all in the comfort of the Viceroy Snowmass resort.

Belly Up: Looking to see a show while in Aspen? You are in luck, as the town attracts some of the best musical talent from around the world to play at none-other-than Belly Up. The venue is super intimate with a capacity of 450 people. Seating is first come, first serve.
Mountain Yoga: Yoga and meditation at 11,212 feet elevation atop AJAX mountain. Enjoy stunning views, whilst embracing your inner zen. There’s a chance you will be forever spoiled, and your yoga studio at home will never compare.
Lost Forest Aspen: The Lost Forest is a new addition to Elk Camp on Snowmass mountain and features zip lines, biking trails, ropes challenges and climbing walls. It is the perfect summer excursion for the adventurer in your group.
Aspen Art Museum: The Aspen Art Museum is a non-collecting institution presenting the newest, most important evolutions in international contemporary art. Open to the public at no charge.
Aspen Brewing Company: Finish up a morning hike, and enjoy a cold brew with a side of mountain views. Aspen’s only microbrewery, it is the perfect hangout on a sunny Summer day. Their beers are sold all over the state of Colorado.
Hotels:
Limelight Hotel: A casual vibe with the perfect location in the Aspen town center. Limelight Hotel is a boutique hotel property with 126 rooms, and they just opened a second location in Snowmass Village. In the Summer, you can rent bicycles directly from the property to ride around the town. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service, if you’re looking to travel more than a couple miles.
Viceroy Hotel: Located right in the heart of the Snowmass Base Village, with access to ski-in/ski-out in the Winter. The Snowmass Gondola will take you up to the Lost Forest in the Summer, where you can find zip-lining and roller coasters. On the property, you will find spacious rooms with fireplaces and a heated swimming pool + jacuzzi.
The Little Nell: Take luxury to a new level at the Little Nell’s 5-star resort. The property features 92 rooms with six specialty suites, and has two restaurants on the property: Element 47 and AJAX Tavern. In the summer, an adventure concierge team arranges off-road outings by Jeep and Stargazing tours by Audi, high country fly-fishing ventures, hikes, cycling trips, climbing excursions and more. Hikes:
Maroon Bells: The Maroon Bells are two peaks in the Elk Mountains, Maroon Peak and North Maroon Peak, separated by about a third of a mile. There is a bus that will take you directly from the Ritz Carlton Aspen out to the Maroon Bells. Visit for hiking, history, and the most instagrammable view in all of Colorado.
